The following information is saved strictly for the proper functioning of our moderation tools, customized services, and the My KDI portal:
- User IDs: To link you to your saved configurations, moderation history, and ban appeals.
- Server IDs: Stored to manage server configurations, language preferences, and centralized moderation logs.
- Channel IDs & Role IDs: Used for command overwrites, channel-specific configurations, and features like role menus.
- Message IDs: Saved for message-specific features like reaction roles or reaction verification.
- User-Supplied Content: Any text you provide for greetings, reminders, rank cards, or text submitted during a ban appeal.
- OAuth Data: If you authenticate with Xenobot or the My KDI portal, we collect the specific profile data authorized during the Discord sign-in process to grant you access to your warnings and appeal status.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Provide automated server features (like greetings, reaction roles, and levels).
- Maintain a safe environment via moderation tracking.
- Display your personal warning and moderation history to you in the My KDI portal.
- Process and track ban appeals via Bambang.
We do not share or sell your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes. Personally identifying information is never shared with third parties except when strictly required by law.
3. Data Storage and Security
We protect the data we collect using commercially reasonable means to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Data is securely routed and stored on servers located in:
- Tampa, Florida, USA
- Orangeburg, New York, USA
- Toronto, Ontario, Canada
4. Data Retention
We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. Moderation history (such as warnings, kicks, and bans) is retained to maintain server security and facilitate the My KDI portal's appeal systems. When data is no longer necessary for server operation or moderation tracking, it is routinely deleted.
5. Third-Party Links
Our server, bots, or the My KDI portal may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content and practices of these sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
6. Your Rights (Including GDPR)
You can always opt out of disclosing information to us by not using optional bot commands or not authenticating with the My KDI portal. However, keep in mind that you may need to provide some information to take advantage of specific features or to appeal a ban.
If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Iceland, you may have additional rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") with respect to your Personal Data, including the right to request a copy of your data or ask for its deletion.
