Terms of Service

Welcome to the Komunitas Duduk International Discord server. By participating in this server and interacting with our custom bots (Xenobot and Bambang) or the My KDI portal, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). You must also comply with Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
1. Community Conduct
This is a public community server. We expect all members to treat one another with respect. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, circumvention of moderation, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The administration team reserves the right to moderate, mute, kick, or ban users who violate community standards.
2. Bot Usage
Our server operates using private, custom bots to maintain a safe and organized community:
- Xenobot: Handles server moderation, community utility functions, and OAuth integrations.
- Bambang: Manages the administrative side of user ban appeals and interactions.
Attempting to exploit, spam, reverse-engineer, or maliciously manipulate these bots or our web services is a violation of our ToS and will result in an immediate ban.
3. Moderation, Warnings, and Appeals
All moderation actions (warnings, mutes, bans) taken by server staff or Xenobot are logged.
- Viewing Warnings: Users can view their active warnings and moderation history at any time by logging into the My KDI portal.
- Ban Appeals: Moderation actions are final but can be appealed. If you have been banned from the server, you may submit a formal ban appeal through the My KDI portal using Bambang. The administration team reviews appeals on a case-by-case basis.
4. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights.
- Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Komunitas Duduk International server, our bots, or the My KDI portal shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in a court of law.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
- Exceptions: This clause does not prevent either party from seeking immediate injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to stop the unauthorized use, abuse, or active harm of the server, bots, or intellectual property.
5. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the server or the My KDI portal constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
